Privacy notice

Who we are

manisritech.in is the website of Manisri Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: to be added), with its registered office at an address to be added. In this notice, ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Manisri Technologies. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used.

What we collect and why

Server logs. When you visit, our server records standard technical details: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the page that linked to us. We use them to deliver the site, keep it secure, look into misuse and meet our legal obligations on keeping logs.

If you email us. When you write to support@manisritech.in, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Nothing else. There are no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

Your theme choice

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage so the site can remember it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data, share it for marketing or use it to profile you. It is handled for us by our service providers: a hosting provider in India, which hosts this site; an email-forwarding service, which forwards email sent to our address; and our email provider, which holds our mailbox. We disclose personal data to others only when the law requires it, for example under a court order or a lawful request from a government authority.

Where it is stored

This site and its server logs are hosted in Mumbai, India. Email you send us passes through an email-forwarding service and is stored by our email provider, so it may be processed and stored outside India. Indian law allows this, subject to any restrictions the Government notifies.

How long we keep it

We keep server logs for a limited period, as long as we need them to run and secure the site and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete them. We keep correspondence as a record of our dealings with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

This site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the server and to our mailbox is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, update it or delete it. Write to support@manisritech.in. We may need to confirm who you are before acting, and we may keep data the law requires us to keep.

Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer, Swathi Ganti, at support@manisritech.in. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaints route under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 is in force.

Children

This site is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you. If we learn that we hold a child’s personal data without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, we will delete it.

PrepKar and Varadhi have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. This notice covers only manisritech.in. Other websites we link to have their own privacy practices.

The law that applies

We handle personal data under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its rules and, as its provisions take effect, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and its rules.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
